ACCOUNTANT WITH VAT AND AUDIT EXPERIENCE

Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, cash and bank transactions. Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, supplier payments and customer collections. Prepare project-wise costing, expenses and profitability reports. Prepare customer invoices based on PO, BOQ, work completion and timesheets. Manage payroll, employee advances, overtime and deductions. Maintain VAT records and Saudi tax compliance. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and aging reports. Reconcile bank, supplier and customer accounts. Monitor project expenses against budgets and identify cost overruns. Assist in audits and provide financial reports to management. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
