Location: Mabellah, Oman

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of Zoho Books / accounting software preferred
• Experience in preparing invoices, receipts, payments and expense records
• Knowledge of accounts payable & receivable
• Bank reconciliation and cash handling
• Basic knowledge of VAT and Oman accounting practices
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Responsible, organized and hardworking
• Previous experience in Oman is preferred

Main Duties

• Maintain daily accounting records
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances
• Record purchases, expenses and supplier payments
• Handle petty cash and cash transactions
• Bank reconciliation and monthly accounts
• Assist with Profit & Loss and financial reports
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
