Job Overview
Accurately record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring data integrity. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, providing supporting documentation. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrate a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices. Have at least 1 year of practical experience in an accounting or finance role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Employment Type Full-time
