Account Manager IT Sales

CIS Group, a leading ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager IT Sales to join our growing Sales team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by promoting ICT products and services (hardware, software, and solutions) Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and address any issues in a timely and professional manner Prepare and deliver tailored ICT sales proposals in coordination with the Pre-Sales team Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 0 3 years of experience in ICT or technology sales , Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Fluency in Arabic, English, and French Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
