Role: Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant Location- Dubai, UAE Duration: Contract

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to support a UAE E-Invoicing implementation project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, finance modules, and system integrations, along with the ability to work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing Yardi billing, invoicing, AP, AR, and GL processes. Support UAE E-Invoicing implementation, data mapping, and compliance requirements. Work with Finance and technical teams to define functional and integration requirements. Prepare BRD, FSD, process flows, mapping documents, and test cases. Support API/file-based integrations, data extracts, and interface validation. Participate in SIT/UAT, defect resolution, reconciliation, and go-live support. Coordinate with business users, Yardi support teams, and integration partners. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), VAT, Billing, and Accounting. Experience with Yardi data mapping, interfaces, APIs, data extracts, and integrations. Hands-on experience with BRD, FSD, UAT, and process documentation. Good understanding of troubleshooting, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience in UAE VAT or E-Invoicing projects. Knowledge of Peppol, Pagero, ClearTax, or similar e-invoicing platforms. Experience in Real Estate or Property Management domain.
