Workshop Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop technicians and support staff. Plan, assign, and monitor repair, maintenance, and service work. Ensure all work is completed according to company quality and safety standards. Inspect completed jobs to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Monitor workshop productivity and meet operational targets. Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and facilities in good working condition. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory of fabric, tools, and workshop supplies. Provide technical guidance and training to workshop personnel. Prepare reports on workshop performance, maintenance activities, and resource utilization. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of work. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workshop operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
