Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute workforce plans to support operational and project manpower requirements. Coordinate end-to-end mobilization and demobilization of employees across Qatar and international projects. Source and shortlist candidates through internal databases and external recruitment channels. Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate documentation, and deployment readiness. Manage visa processing, work permits, immigration documentation, and labour compliance for multiple countries. Coordinate flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, airport transfers, and logistics for deployed personnel. Monitor workforce availability and maintain manpower plans to ensure projects are adequately resourced. Track visa, passport, medical, site pass, and certification expiry dates to ensure continuous compliance. Coordinate client onboarding requirements, security passes, inductions, and mandatory training before deployment. Prepare manpower reports, workforce dashboards, utilization reports, and KPI metrics for management. Maintain accurate employee records, mobilization trackers, and deployment schedules. Liaise with Operations, Human Capital, Finance, Procurement, and Government Relations Officers (GROs) to ensure seamless workforce deployment. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, travel providers, accommodation vendors, and government authorities to support workforce requirements. Support workforce forecasting, succession planning, and resource allocation based on business demands. Identify workforce shortages and recommend recruitment or internal deployment strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, Qatar Labour Law, and immigration regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce planning, mobilization processes, and operational efficiency. Preferred Candidate Profile Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in workforce planning, manpower coordination, mobilization, or operations planning within the Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, EPC, or Construction sectors. Strong knowledge of workforce planning, manpower forecasting, recruitment coordination, and mobilization processes. Experience handling international visas, work permits, travel logistics, and employee deployment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, dashboards, formulas, and workforce reporting. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law and GCC immigration processes is highly desirable.
