Wholesale Messaging Account Manager — Carrier Relations (A2P SMS)

Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with A2P SMS carriers, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters. Negotiate and finalize lucrative A2P SMS termination agreements, ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms that drive revenue growth. Proactively monitor carrier performance, identifying and resolving any issues related to message delivery, latency, and compliance to maintain service quality. Develop and execute account plans to expand our A2P SMS footprint with key carriers, uncovering new opportunities for mutual business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or carrier relations within the A2P SMS or broader messaging industry. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements with mobile network operators.
