Weighbridge Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Operate computerized weighbridge systems for all trucks transporting ore, waste, fuel, and supplies. Accurately capture gross, tare, and net weights and issue weighbridge tickets. Verify documents such as delivery notes, gate passes, and transport permits. Ensure proper entry of transaction data into ERP systems. Coordinate with mining operations, dispatch, and security teams for smooth vehicle flow. Monitor truck movements to avoid congestion and ensure safe operations. Report discrepancies in material type, weight, or documentation immediately. Prepare daily/monthly production and dispatch reports. Ensure compliance with site-specific HSE policies. Maintain weighbridge equipment and report faults. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Weighbridge Operator in mining or quarry operations. Familiarity with mining materials such as phosphate, bauxite, or aggregates. Knowledge of weighbridge software and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in remote locations under rotation schedules. Good communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred). Basic computer skills (MS Office).
