Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the UAE market for spectacle frames. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with optical retailers, optometrists, and key industry stakeholders across the Emirates. Identify and onboard new key accounts, driving product adoption and ensuring consistent order flow. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the optical or fashion eyewear industry in the UAE. Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent understanding of the UAE retail landscape and distribution channels for consumer goods.
