Warehouse Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Officer– Supply Chain to support and optimize our rapidly growing warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management, inventory control, supply chain coordination, and team supervision within a fast-paced FMCG or e-commerce environment. This role will assist in overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams. Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure smooth handling of thousands of SKUs and support high-volume order fulfillment operations. Monitor slot-based picking, batching, and delivery preparation processes to maximize efficiency. Support warehouse layout optimization and proper space utilization. Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate closely with procurement, purchasing, and logistics teams to maintain stock availability and timely replenishment. Monitor inventory movement and support demand planning and stock forecasting activities. Assist in maintaining efficient inbound and outbound supply chain processes. Ensure proper coordination with suppliers, transport teams, and last-mile delivery operations. Inventory & Process Control Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and variance investigations. Assist in implementing warehouse SOPs and lean operational processes. Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, pick speed, stock variance, and dispatch performance. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are properly followed. Team Supervision Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, dispatchers, and support teams during daily operations. Support staff training, performance monitoring, and manpower planning. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence. Technology & Reporting Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track inventory and warehouse performance. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Coordinate with management and tech teams to improve warehouse systems and automation processes. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to storage and distribution of alcohol products. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper product storage conditions. Enforce security and operational procedures within the warehouse facility. Required Experience & Skills 7–10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Experience in FMCG, beverage, e-commerce, or distribution industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
