Warehouse Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, material handling, asset accountability, and logistics coordination. The role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment to support operational and project requirements while maintaining compliance with company procedures, and HSE standards. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials. Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of inventory and assets. Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage utilization. Ensure timely availability of materials to support operational requirements. Inventory & Asset Control Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits. Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory. Ensure proper tracking and accountability of company assets and equipment. Logistics & Coordination Coordinate with procurement, operations, maintenance, and project teams regarding material requirements. Monitor material deliveries and ensure accurate documentation. Support mobilization and demobilization activities through effective material planning. Compliance & HSE Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and HSE requirements. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all inventory transactions. Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions where required. Leadership & Reporting Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure efficient workforce utilization. Prepare inventory, consumption, and warehouse performance reports. Develop and implement warehouse process improvements to enhance efficiency and control. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 9 –13 years of warehouse management experience. Experience managing spare parts, fleet-related inventory, and operational assets. Proven ability to establish controls, improve inventory accuracy, and support operational efficiency.
