Dubai, UAE Reporting To: CFO / Senior Management Role Overview We are looking for an experienced VP – Finance to lead the company’s financial strategy, with a strong focus on fundraising, capital structuring, investor relations, and real estate finance. The role will work closely with senior management, investors, banks, and financial institutions to support the company’s growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute fundraising and capital-raising initiatives across debt, equity, structured finance, and private capital. Develop and manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and other financial partners. Lead funding transactions from structuring and negotiations through due diligence and financial closure. Escrow management exp. is an added advantage Develop financial models, investment proposals, business plans, and investor presentations. Evaluate project feasibility, investment opportunities, funding requirements, and capital structures. Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, treasury, and financial risk management. Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for business expansion, investments, and project development. Ensure strong financial governance, controls, compliance, and reporting. Lead and mentor the finance team and drive overall financial effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA / CFA / ACCA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred. 12+ years of experience in finance, including significant experience in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in fundraising, debt/equity financing, project finance, and capital structuring. Strong experience in real estate/development finance is a must. Established network with banks, investors, funds, and financial institutions. Strong financial modelling, commercial negotiation, investment analysis, and stakeholder management skills. UAE experience must.
