Voice AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in speech and audio modeling to join a highly technical team. This is a hands-on position that spans research, experimentation, and production engineering, with a strong emphasis on deploying real-world systems. You will contribute across the full lifecycle of voice systems, including model development, evaluation, and deployment of end-to-end pipelines. What You ll Work On Neural speech synthesis systems, including TTS, acoustic models, and neural vocoders Speech recognition systems, including streaming ASR and CTC/attention-based architectures End-to-end voice pipelines integrating ASR, language models, and TTS Building robustness across diverse and noisy real-world audio environments Low-latency inference, optimisation, and scalable production deployment What We re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with speech and audio machine learning, including ASR, TTS, VAD, and audio processing Proven ability to take models from research and experimentation through to production Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch Experience with inference optimisation, distributed systems, or CUDA is a plus Comfortable working across research and engineering domains
