Visa & Immigration Consultancy � Salary: AED 1,500 to 3,000/month + Performance-Based Commission We are looking for an experienced Visa Sales Executive / Immigration Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Dubai. This is a target-driven B2C sales position. We are looking for someone who knows how to handle leads, build trust, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and close deals. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels Understand clients’ visa, immigration, travel and work permit requirements Clearly explain available services, procedures, requirements and fees Convert qualified leads into paying clients Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales records Coordinate with the processing/operations team after closing Generate referrals and identify new sales opportunities Requirements 2+ years of proven sales experience B2C sales and direct closing experience Experience in visa, immigration, travel, recruitment, education consultancy or similar service sales is preferred Proven record of working with monthly sales targets Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills Excellent English communication skills Confident speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp Strong follow-up discipline Basic CRM and computer skills Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred We Are Looking For Someone Who Has a genuine sales mindset, not just customer-service experience Can convert enquiries into appointments and appointments into sales Is comfortable making frequent follow-up calls Can handle objections related to price, processing time and customer concerns Understands daily activity targets and monthly KPIs Can work independently and contribute to a sales team Compensation � AED 1,500 to 3,000/month � Performance-based commission on successful sales � Additional incentives may be available based on performance Important: This is a target-driven SALES position, not an administrative or customer-service role.
