Mission: Located in Abu Dhabi, under the responsibility of the Regional Human Resources Director, you will assist the HR Regional Team with development, various HR & Organization projects. In an industry which is highly competitive you play an important role in assisting the retention on human resources through prompt actions directed towards organizational growth. Responsibilities: HR Training & Development: Develop the network and communication between the various agencies within the region in close coordination with the HO. Organize and lead learning & development sessions to support Business teams with tailored solutions in accordance with training legislation, HR policy and allocated budget.
