Vendor Operations Associate

Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring SLAs andcontractual terms are consistently met● Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and documentation processes● Track and evaluate vendor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and periodicbusiness reviews● Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to resolve vendor-related issuesand escalations● Maintain the vendor database, contracts, and renewal timelines to ensure accuracy andcompliance● Support cost negotiations and identify opportunities for process and cost efficiencies● Prepare reports and dashboards on vendor performance for management review
