Unlicensed Psychologist

Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and screenings under organizational guidelines. Support the development and implementation of individualized intervention and support plans. Provide behavioral, emotional, and developmental support to clients. Work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and People of Determination. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, social workers, and caregivers. Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers regarding behavioral and developmental needs. Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports. Assist in identifying behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges and recommend appropriate interventions. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development activities. Ensure adherence to safeguarding, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times. Support community inclusion, independence, and overall wellbeing of clients. Perform other duties related to psychological support services as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Applied Psychology. Relevant experience working with People of Determination, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, children, or individuals with behavioral and emotional needs. Strong assessment, observation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers. Knowledge of behavioral interventions, therapeutic techniques, and psychological support services. Compassionate, patient, and committed to enhancing client wellbeing and development. UAE license is not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or experienced professionals are welcome to apply. UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners preferred.
