Ugandan Soft Services Supervisor

Oversee the daily operations of soft services, including cleaning, security, and catering, ensuring high standards are met across all facilities in Uganda. Manage and mentor a diverse team of soft services staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring optimal performance. Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and protocols tailored to the specific needs of Ugandan facilities, minimizing disruption. Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and supplies, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of proven experience in supervising soft services operations, preferably within the Ugandan corporate or hospitality sector. Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facilities management in Uganda. Proficiency in using computerised facilities management systems (CAFM) or other relevant software for scheduling and reporting. Employment Type Full-time
