If you're curious, analytical, and enjoy working with data to solve real business challenges, this could be the perfect start to your career The Graduate Trainee - Revenue Assurance will join our Future-X Graduate Trainee Program and support the Revenue Assurance function in monitoring product performance, identifying risks, and strengthening controls that protect revenue streams and business operations. Key Accountabilities The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for: Reviewing new products, Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, Go-to-Execute (GTE) launches, rate plans, bundles, add-ons, and related offerings. Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential product vulnerabilities, misuse, or abuse scenarios. Evaluating the availability and adequacy of data feeds and monitoring controls for products and services. Supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of controls to ensure effective product performance. Performing ongoing analysis of product performance trends, variances, and control effectiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Business Administration or Marketing or Commercial/Business degrees 0 to 2 years of experience Skills & Competencies Proficiency in SQL. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Data analysis and reporting capabilities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret data, identify risks, and detect issues within business processes. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
