UAE National_Sourcing Executive

Develop and execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Document bid events through supplier correspondence. Develop supplier selection criteria and drive approval processes with cross-functional teams. Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing management. Implement supplier risk analysis and develop negotiation strategies. Interact with stakeholders to lead supplier relationships for value extraction in quality, cost effectiveness, and innovation. Manage Marketing suppliers' performance against SLAs and conduct evaluations, audits, and qualifications. Maintain and update vendor lists, including qualifications, delivery times, and future potentials. Establish effective internal customer relationship management through timely and professional communication. Manage contracts, including negotiation and incorporation of terms, conditions, KPIs, and service level metrics. Ensure business process efficiency and improvements in alignment with Procurement strategy. Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed. Generate and update management reports timely. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors.

Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. What Qualifies You For The Role: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Procurement or Finance Certification is an added value. Over 3 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising agencies.
