Of The Role: The Sales Executive position is focused on establishing and building strong customer relationships by providing detailed product guidance during vehicle sales. The role demands meeting sales volume and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring adherence to company sales and financial protocols. A key aspect is constant learning and adaptation to new market trends, maintaining high standards for the company’s image and brand reputation.

What You Will Do

• Sales Achieve and maintain company prescribed sales standards to enhance company and brand image
• Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets across all areas
• Customer Satisfaction Achieve or exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage repeat sales
• Ensure high levels of customer service during sales interactions
• Sales and Prospecting Systems Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems
• Achieve or exceed target number of prospects logged to meet company's business objectives and grow customer base
• Ensure accuracy of data input and effective lead management
• Cash and Credit Control Ensure adherence to company procedures for cash and credit customer handling, minimizing financial risk
• Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness Required Skills To Be Successful: Strong negotiation skills Customer-first approach Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to effectively manage and input sales data What Qualifies You For The Role: Degree education is preferred
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales position in retail sales is essential
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE National with a strong understanding of the local automotive market and consumer behavior. Possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English, enabling seamless customer interaction. Employment Type Full-time
