UAE National - Service Contract Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Create and maintain service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts as required. Manage service contract data within SAP IS-AUTO, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update service contract parts pricing and cost structures. Create and administer service contracts for fleet customers. Process contract-related requests including transfers, terminations, reinstatements, and refund payouts. Provide timely support and guidance to branches on contract-related matters. Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights to support decision-making. Support pricing initiatives, corporate pricing requests, and new business programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and prevent revenue leakage. Desired Candidate Profile Strong analytical and numerical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Strong knowledge of SAP IS-AUTO. Experience working with service contracts and pricing models. Understanding of gross margin calculations, RSP/NSP pricing, and financial principles. Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
