Hridsara Travels is looking for a GCC-experienced Travel Booking Agent to join our growing team in Oman.

Job Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flight tickets.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide the best airfare options based on customer requirements.
• Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
• Prepare travel quotations and invoices.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of GCC experience in air ticket booking or a travel agency.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international airline fares.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
