Training & Client Development Executive

Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs, ensuring skill enhancement and product adoption. Identify and cultivate new client relationships, expanding market reach and revenue streams through strategic outreach. Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their challenges and propose effective solutions. Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, adapting content to diverse learning styles.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record in training delivery and business development. Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and learning management systems (LMS).
