Trainer / Administrator / Fleet Trainer - Driver

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Contract: 6 Months Conduct remedial driver training for drivers involved in incidents, traffic violations, or identified performance gaps. Assess driving skills through on-road evaluations and classroom sessions. Develop and deliver training programs on defensive driving, road safety, and company driving standards. Monitor #driverperformance and maintain training records and assessment reports. Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations, company policies, and HSE standards. Prepare training reports, KPIs, and recommendations for continuous improvement. The Training Administrator will provide end-to-end administrative support for the Driver Remedial Training Program Coordinate training schedules and ensure training rooms are prepared and available. Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and supporting documentation. Generate and distribute training completion reports and other training-related reports. Desired Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or training coordination role. Experience in administration or Learning Management Systems is an advantage. Experience within transport, logistics, mobility, or service industries is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
