Tourism Development & Operations Manager

Develop and implement tourism products, packages, and new travel experiences. Manage and monitor daily tourism operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, guides, and other tourism partners. Monitor the quality, efficiency, and reliability of tourism services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international tourism partners. Identify new tourism opportunities, destinations, markets, and business partnerships. Supervise reservations, bookings, transportation, accommodation, tours, and other operational arrangements. Handle operational issues and customer requirements professionally and efficiently. Monitor service providers and negotiate commercial terms when required. Develop procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prepare operational reports and provide management with recommendations for business development. Coordinate closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the tourism and travel industry. Strong experience in tourism development and operational management. Excellent knowledge of tourism services, destinations, hotels, transportation, and tour operations. Strong network and relationships with tourism suppliers and service providers. Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities simultaneously. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience in developing tourism packages and establishing new business partnerships is highly desirable. UAE tourism industry experience is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
