Testing & Commissioning Engineer – Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Equipm

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Plan and execute testing & commissioning activities for kitchen, cold room, ventilation, and laundry systems. Conduct equipment inspections, functional testing, and performance verification. Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, steam, and ventilation connections. Prepare commissioning reports, checklists, test records, and handover documents. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and troubleshooting. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related engineering field. 8–15 years of experience in testing & commissioning of commercial kitchen, cold room, refrigeration, or laundry equipment. Experience in hospitality, hotel, healthcare, airport, catering, or industrial projects. Knowledge of MEP systems, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical systems, and BMS integration. Strong coordination and reporting skills. UAE experience preferred.
