Tendering and Estimation Engineer

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, ensuring all aspects are considered for competitive bidding. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors, negotiating favorable pricing and terms to optimize project profitability. Prepare and submit professional, compelling, and compliant tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals, within strict deadlines. Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential project risks and incorporating mitigation strategies into the estimates and bids.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a strong foundation is key. Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
