Tender Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Specialist to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing high-quality and compliant bid submissions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring all proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Monitor public and private sector tender portals to identify relevant business opportunities. Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements to determine bid feasibility. Prepare, review, and submit complete tender and proposal documents in compliance with client requirements. Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams, to gather the required information and documentation. Ensure all bid submissions meet quality standards and are delivered within the specified deadlines. Prepare commercial and administrative documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update a repository of tender templates, supporting documents, certifications, and previous submissions. Track submitted tenders and coordinate responses to client clarifications, amendments, or negotiations. Stay updated on procurement regulations and tendering procedures. Identify opportunities to improve tender preparation processes and enhance proposal quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2 4 years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, proposal development, or a similar role. Familiarity with tendering procedures, government procurement regulations, and tender platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
