Tender Manager

Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial tenders. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions. Manage estimators, planners, engineers, and proposal teams during bid preparation. Develop bid strategies, pricing, and project execution methodologies. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and JV partners to obtain competitive quotations. Identify commercial, contractual, and technical risks and recommend mitigation measures. Participate in tender clarifications, negotiations, and client presentations. Maintain tender schedules and ensure timely submission of high-quality bids. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and FIDIC contracts. Proficient in cost estimation, tendering, and commercial management. GCC/UAE marine contracting experience preferred. Skills Leadership and team management. Strong commercial and contractual acumen. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
