Tender - Prequalification Officer

Manage company registration and prequalification with government/semi-government entities, utilities, EPC companies, and private organizations. Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on prequalification and vendor registration documents. Review and maintain RFI, RFQ, ITT, tender, and bid registers. Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Commercial, Procurement, and Management teams for tender and proposal submissions. Prepare and coordinate technical submittals, tender documents, clarifications, and supporting documentation. Liaise with clients, suppliers, principals, and partners regarding tender and prequalification requirements. Manage submissions through e-tendering and vendor registration portals. Arrange client meetings, technical clarification meetings, and prequalification meetings. Coordinate LOA/security passes and tender site visits, including onshore and offshore visits. Maintain accurate records of registrations, prequalifications, tenders, submissions, approvals, and document expiry dates. Ensure all submissions are complete, compliant, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or related field. 7–15 years of relevant UAE experience in tendering, prequalification, vendor registration, or document control. Abu Dhabi government/semi-government registration experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, tender portals, and document control systems. Employment Type Full-time
