Telesales Representative

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries professionally. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate sales. Register new subscriptions in the system and follow up until completion. Follow up with existing customers to ensure service continuity and satisfaction. Coordinate collection and order processing with relevant internal teams. Handle different customer types (individuals, companies, shops, and institutions). Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the system. Resolve basic issues related to subscriptions or orders. Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality. Desired Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience in telesales or indoor sales. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Professional in handling customer interactions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good command of English is preferred. Must be comfortable working on-site full time. Experience in water companies or service-based companies is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Strong follow-up skills and ability to close sales efficiently.
