Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or business development, preferably within Forex, CFD, financial services, trading, or fintech. Strong experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion. Good understanding of Forex/CFD trading, financial markets, or online trading platforms is preferred. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to speak with clients and handle objections professionally. Proven ability to work with sales targets, KPIs, CRM systems, and daily call/conversion targets. Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Ability to build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and convert qualified leads into active clients. Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and sales tracking systems is an advantage. Candidates who have an existing understanding of trading communities or retail traders will be preferred.
