Analyze and design VAT and E-Invoicing solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications for ERP systems. Configure and customize ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to meet specific VAT and E-Invoicing compliance needs across different jurisdictions. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of VAT calculations, reporting, and E-Invoicing processes. Provide expert guidance on VAT regulations and E-Invoicing mandates, advising clients on best practices and potential impacts on their business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in VAT, indirect tax systems, tax technology, or financial systems implementation. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SunTec XVAT implementation, configuration, or support. Proven experience in tax technology transformation or regulatory compliance initiatives. Experience in UAE VAT processes and reporting requirements. Experience in UAE E-Invoicing implementation projects, including gap assessment and solution design. Strong understanding of invoice lifecycle processes, tax determination, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with banking systems, ERP systems, or financial platforms. Experience in system integration, API-based integrations, and data mapping activities. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SIT, UAT, and deployment processes. Ability to engage effectively with business users, regulators, vendors, and technology teams. Experience within banking or financial services organizations will be highly preferred. Knowledge of UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations and E-Invoicing standards will be considered a strong advantage. Project management or business analysis certifications will be an added advantage. Employment Type Full-time
