Technical Sales Engineer – Surface Protection (Rubber & FRP Lining)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and UAE. Promote Rubber Lining, FRP Lining and Surface Protection solutions. Visit industrial customers and understand technical requirements. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and technical submissions. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams. Build long-term customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain SAP - CRM and sales pipeline. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial technical sales. Experience in Rubber Lining, FRP, Protective Coatings, Corrosion Protection, Industrial Maintenance, Steel Fabrication or Piping preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Fluent English.
