Technical Sales Engineer

Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and follow up on pending offers and purchase orders. Review technical specifications, drawings, datasheets and client requirements to identify suitable products. Monitor tender opportunities, prepare bid submissions, coordinate technical documentation, and track deadlines. Identify potential customers, contractors, consultants, shipowners, port authorities, and offshore operators across the UAE and wider Middle East. Follow up with existing clients, develop new accounts, and maintain an organised sales pipeline. Obtain pricing, lead times, technical information, certificates, and delivery schedules from manufacturers and suppliers. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, finance, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales updates, quotation follow-ups, pipeline reports, and monthly performance summaries. Travel for meetings/conferences/business opportunities as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Good understanding of quotations, commercial terms, technical documentation, and tender procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple enquiries, deadlines, and customer requirements. Ability to work with minimum supervision Have good networking skills and willing to connect Preferably with an Engineering degree Ability to multitask roles as required by the management Willing to work in a global environment and having similar etiquettes Preference for candidate living in Dubai Employment Type Full-time
