Technical Sales Engineer - Surfacing Division

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements for asphalt and crusher products. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products, emphasizing features and benefits tailored to customer needs. Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with our offerings. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and account analyses to the divisional manager. Maintain a strong knowledge of products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the asphalt products market. Follow up on payment status from existing customers. Coordinate with the estimation team and assist with follow-up on submitted quotations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with an MBA in Marketing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the surfacing and asphalt industry, with a proven track record of successful sales and technical support. Demonstrates a results-oriented approach, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives. Exhibits strong communication and presentation skills. Employment Type Full-time
