Technical Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager ERP Implementation (Odoo) role based in Dubai. The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization coordination, testing, and go-live support. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, scope, and budget; coordinating cross-functional teams; and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients. The individual will oversee technical integration with other systems, ensure data migration quality, and drive user acceptance testing and training. The role also involves monitoring post-implementation performance, managing change requests, and continuously improving implementation methodologies and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementations and manage multiple workstreams. Demonstrated Team Leadership and Communication abilities to guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide clear status reporting. Advanced Analytical Skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions, prioritize tasks, and resolve implementation challenges. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (configuration, modules, workflows, and integrations) and familiarity with related technologies (APIs, databases, and third-party tools). Proven experience delivering ERP or enterprise software projects in a consulting or technology environment, preferably within the GCC region. Ability to document requirements, create project plans, manage risks and issues, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site with clients and internal teams.
