Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Saudi Technical Project Manager based in Riyadh to lead and manage technology-related projects from planning through successful delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development processes, system integrations, and enterprise technology environments. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Operations, Business teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality technology initiatives. Lead end-to-end technical projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into detailed technical project plans, work breakdown structures, and actionable tasks. Coordinate activities between Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Operations, Infrastructure, QA, and external vendors. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, and overall project health. Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to senior management. Facilitate project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, status meetings, and project reviews. Ensure projects comply with internal governance, documentation standards, approval workflows, and change management processes. Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early, implementing mitigation and contingency plans where required. Support prioritization of projects based on business value, resource availability, and strategic objectives. Coordinate release planning, implementation activities, testing schedules, and production deployments. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure successful solution delivery and issue resolution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, action trackers, and lessons learned. Promote continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, governance processes, and team collaboration.
