Technical Product Owner

Desired Candidate Profile

Who you are Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Scrum Master, or a similar Agile delivery professional. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, Generative AI, and AI-enabled products, with the ability to apply these concepts within product delivery. Solid understanding of software development principles, system integrations, APIs, and modern engineering practices. Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and converting business requirements into actionable delivery plans. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills. Experience working collaboratively with software development teams in Agile environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the confidence to facilitate decision-making in fast-paced settings. Ability to balance business priorities, technical considerations, and delivery constraints effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting German stakeholders, customers, or Product Owners
• German language proficiency
• Scrum and/or Product Owner certifications such as PSM, CSM, PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent
• Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams
