Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Healthcare RCM to lead the evolution of our Health Claim Management Solution across the UAE and KSA markets. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Backend, AI/ML, Data, Frontend, and QC teams, owning the product roadmap and translating complex healthcare, regulatory, and customer requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product roadmap for UAE and KSA. Balance regulatory requirements, customer needs, new features, and technical debt. Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML for automated coding, fraud detection, predictive analytics, and RCM optimization. Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for AI/ML features. Product Requirements & Documentation Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, user journeys, and functional specifications. Create clear acceptance criteria, including BDD/Gherkin where applicable. Maintain a well-groomed product backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps. Prepare clear technical documentation and user guides. Healthcare & Regulatory Compliance Monitor and incorporate regulatory requirements across the UAE and KSA. Work with relevant healthcare standards and ecosystems, including Malaffi, Nabidh, NAPHIES, and CHI. Manage product integrations with third-party payers and aggregators. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, Data, QC, and Business teams. Work with Data Architects to define analytics and dashboard requirements. Ensure delivered features meet agreed requirements and Definition of Done. Communicate technical limitations and trade-offs clearly to business stakeholders. Client & Implementation Lead the Product side of client implementations. Configure workflows based on client SOPs and business requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for key stakeholders. Support client interactions across UAE and KSA. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, UAT, launch, and continuous improvement. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain product competitiveness. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business pain points, operational workflows, and RCM requirements. Convert complex healthcare and insurance processes into clear product requirements, workflows, process maps, and user stories. Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, regulatory urgency, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Nice to Have Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL and basic data validation. Product Management certification such as CSPO, AIPMM, or equivalent. Experience with Figma, Balsamiq, or similar UI/UX tools. Experience with healthcare interoperability and payer integrations. Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience in Healthcare IT, specifically RCM or Health Insurance. Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare claims, e-Claims, remittance, approvals, and denials. Strong knowledge of medical coding, including ICD-10-AM, CPT, and ACHI. Experience translating business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Ability to understand APIs, Swagger/Postman, JSON structures, data flows, and integration points. Experience working with AI/ML-enabled products is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent technical documentation skills. Professional/native proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
