Technical Manager – Civil

• Lead technical management, design coordination and value engineering efforts. ● Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities on technical matters. ● Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings and material submittals. ● Support tendering and project handover with technical documentation. ● Resolve technical queries raised by site and design teams. ● Ensure technical compliance with codes, standards and client requirements. Desired Candidate Profile ● 15+ years UAE/GCC construction experience in a technical management role. ● Strong technical management, design coordination and value engineering skills. ● Experience with major contractors on large-scale projects. ● Proficiency in BIM, technical submissions, shop drawings and authority approvals. ● Proven ability to lead technical teams.
