Technical Lead – Web Squad (React.js)

Technical lead for Web Squad (React.js). Owns web portal delivery, component library, and frontend architecture. Lead React.js development practices across the Web Squad. Provide guidance on: -React component design -Hooks and reusable logic -State management approaches -Frontend testing strategies -Performance optimization -Modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices -Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. -Resolve complex technical challenges and guide developers toward effective solutions. Own the end-to-end technical delivery of web portals and front-end applications. Provide technical leadership throughout the application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Translate business requirements and UX designs into scalable frontend solutions. Ensure web portals meet performance, usability, accessibility, and security standards. Manage technical dependencies with backend services, APIs, and external integrations. Define and maintain frontend architecture standards and best practices. Design scalable React.js application structures using modern frontend patterns. Establish guidelines for: -React component design - Application structure - State management - Routing - API integration - Error handling - Performance optimization - Code organization Review and approve frontend technical designs and implementation approaches Drive architectural improvements and reduction of frontend technical debt.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline. React.js or JavaScript/TypeScript professional certifications Web accessibility certification (e.g., WCAG-related training) Experienced Packaged App Development professional leading technical and functional project application delivery. Brings 10+ years in Microsoft web development using C#, API services, and SQL technologies, with strengths in project management, sprint planning, application design, testing, debugging, and client support.
