Technical Lead - CFD

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Function as a specialist in the use and application of Ansys Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation tools (Fluent, CFX); Support the sales team in the engagement with the Customers from the technical point of view, participating in meetings, performing live presentations as well as demo cases, and developing case studies to show the Customers how the Ansys solutions can help them to improve their productivity and revenue Provide technical support and training for Customers in Middle-East region by responding to Customer inquiries, guiding them through challenging industrial applications and recommending the most appropriate simulation usage Execute projects and actively participate in R&D projects to support the Customersu2019 design/engineering processes. Key Duties and Responsibilities Create elegant and useful solutions to solve complex problems by working across various teams and understanding the needs of our customers Lead/Assist in coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity such as customer meetings and product presentations, demonstrations and evaluations Create and demonstrate simulation solutions to streamline Customer workflows, in support of the software sales process Provide high-quality, efficient post-sales technical support through email and telephone Prepare and deliver basic/advanced training for new and existing customers Develop technical support repositories that help Ansys customers to be more productive and efficient Be responsible for articulating Ansysu2019 value proposition which may encompass its entire suite of products for various industry segments; the presentations must affirm the sales message, differentiate Ansys, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives Work independently to analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of a customersu2019 current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers Work collaboratively with Customers to ensure their successful use of ANSYS products, sustain a renewals revenue stream and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses.
