Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Technical Delivery Specialist (TDS) Mission TDSs provide technical expertise for platforms and tools in ARB-DGO. They automate workflows, work closely with S&E to onboard and manage metadata, manage knowledge and information management, and ensure technical issues are resolved. We are looking for 1 Mid-level & 1 Senior level Technical Delivery Specialist (TDS). Unit Platforms and Technical Support (PTS) Levels L4 – Mid-level L5 – Senior level Core Responsibilities 1. Develop and optimise DG platforms and tools Develop and optimise platforms and tools within the ARB-DGO portfolio (i.e. Informatica apps). 2. Onboard, optimise and scan metadata Regularly onboard new metadata, optimise existing metadata and conduct scanning to enable lineage. 3. Manage business management platforms Maintain and update the content across business management platforms including JIRA, JSM, SharePoint and Confluence. Specialist Skills 1. Data Governance Platforms and Tools Practical expertise as developer and administrator for data governance tools (e.g. Informatica EDC, Axon). 2. Data Management Platforms and Tools Practical expertise as a user and administrator of data management tools (e.g. Informatica, Teradata, SSRS). 3. Business Management Platforms Practical expertise as developer or administrator of business management tools (e.g. SharePoint, JIRA). 4. IT Access, Security and Integration Practical expertise in implementing integration and addressing the different approval stages (e.g. read-access to a DB for lineage scanning). 5. Translating Business Requirements Practical expertise in turning business requirements into technical tasks. 6. Data Regulations and Laws Practical expertise in aligning platforms and tools to Saudi data laws and regulations and those related. Desired Candidate Profile .
