Technical Delivery Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure and Software implementation projects. Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and define delivery roadmaps. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Lead cross-functional technical teams and ensure successful execution of project deliverables. Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous service improvements and optimize delivery processes. Oversee operational support, including IT administration and VIP support environments. Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to define technology standards and deployment strategies. Prepare and present project status reports, governance updates, and executive dashboards. Ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost optimization. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager managing IT Infrastructure and/or Software Delivery projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software implementation or infrastructure transformation projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, and risk management. Exposure to DevOps, Cloud Technologies, and Infrastructure Services is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills. Experience managing large implementation programs, preferably within enterprise or contact center environments. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications. Experience delivering projects within GCC/UAE markets. Knowledge of ITIL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and modern infrastructure technologies. Experience working in multi-vendor, enterprise delivery environments. Why Join IDC Digital? Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have: Hands-on software development experience (Java, .NET/C#, or similar technologies). Strong technical delivery and project management experience. Experience delivering or managing Managed Services engagements. Client-facing experience, including stakeholder management, requirement discussions, and customer communication.
