One of our client an O&G industry is looking for the Team Leader, Transformation (Financial) with strong background of Port Operations / Logistics provider. This will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by identifying growth opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading transformative initiatives that enhance operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Spearhead the identification and development of new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships with major port operations and global logistics providers. Support the formulation and execution of commercial strategies and business transformation programmes. Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals to support executive and board-level decision-making. Drive regional and international business development initiatives, partnership opportunities, and tender submissions. Prepare high-impact executive reports, business performance analyses, and decision-support materials. Champion digitalization and AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, modernize legacy processes, and unlock new capabilities. Cultivate strong client relationships and promote service excellence across key stakeholders. Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry with Port Operations - mandatory At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Planning, Strategy, or other closely related functions.
