Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the UAE and help us attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who can go beyond posting vacancies and actively find the right people. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, building talent pipelines, identifying high-quality candidates, engaging passive talent, and connect the right people for the business. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding. Understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, communities, and other channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Screen and assess candidates against both technical requirements and cultural fit. Conduct structured interviews and provide clear candidate recommendations. Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines, and hiring reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For 13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Proven experience recruiting within the UAE/GCC market, preferably within Construction and Stone Industry. Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and headhunting online and offline. Demonstrated ability to identify and attract passive candidates. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently. Data-driven and organized, with strong follow-through. Salary (To be discussed)
