Talent Acquisition Officer

Position Summary As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support recruitment by sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates. You will also promote the employer brand to attract top talent. Responsibilities Use different channels (databases, job platforms, referrals, social media) to identify and attract talent Source key profiles for targeted roles and build a pipeline of qualified candidates Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs Run the candidate assessment process and document results Review applications and interview candidates against the job requirements and company culture Make sure hiring needs are filled within the set deadlines Requirements Up to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment Experience recruiting junior and mid-senior IT/technical profiles is highly desirable Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and recruitment databases Bachelor s degree in HR or Business Management Agency and ATS experience is a plus Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills Able to handle the full recruitment process and manage several tasks at once Fluent English; French is a plus
